A new fourteen song full-length studio album entitled The Feel Good Record of the Year was released on April 1, 2008. In 2009, when promoting the album in Europe, Nassie left the band to join the Bleeding Through . [5]
Il 2008 vede l'uscita dell'ottavo album, The Feel Good Record of the Year, uscito il 1º aprile, preceduto dal singolo Biggest Lie. L'anno successivo vede durante giugno l'uscita dalla band di Dave Nassie il quale si è unito al gruppo Bleeding Through.
