Poeta francese (n. Bordeaux 1841 - m. presso Saint-Germain-en-Laye 1909). Dopo aver fondato la Revue fantaisiste (1861), che ebbe breve vita ma notevole importanza per il costituirsi della scuola parnassiana, pubblicò il volume di versi Philoméla (1864).
Poeta, romanziere, drammaturgo e critico francese, nato a Bordeaux il 20 maggio 1842, morto presso Parigi l'8 febbraio 1909 per un accidente ferroviario.
