Margherita d'Asburgo, nota come Margherita d'Austria o di Parma (Oudenaarde, 5 luglio 1522 – Ortona, 18 gennaio 1586), fu una nobildonna di origini fiamminghe, tedesche e spagnole, figlia naturale dell'imperatore Carlo V d'Asburgo e della sua amante Giovanna van der Gheynst.
