26 ott 2021 · Kim and Roh Tae-woo have two children: Soh Yeong Roh (born 1961) and Jae-heon Roh (born 1962). Soh is the founder and current director of Art Center Nabi in Seoul, while Jae-heon is a legal counselor with the Barun Law Firm in the United States.
30 ott 2021 · After his successor, Kim Young-sam, investigated the coup and the crackdown in Gwangju, Roh was arrested, convicted of mutiny, treason and corruption and received a prison term of 22½ years.
After spending about two years in prison, Roh and Chun were released in late 1997 under a special pardon requested by then President-elect Kim Dae-jung, who sought national reconciliation. Roh had stayed mostly out of the public eye following his release from prison.
