Delaware County Community College (DCCC) is a public community college with campuses and facilities throughout Delaware and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania. DCCC was founded in 1967 and is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
The Mission of Delaware County Community College is to facilitate learning by providing quality educational programs and services that are student focused, accessible, comprehensive and flexible to meet the educational needs of the diverse communities it serves.
Technical Studies, Associate in Applied Science (TSTU) Certificates are short-term educational programs focused on specific work force skills and/or preparation for continued academic study. Delaware County Community College offers a Certificate of Competency and a Certificate of Proficiency.
