Just for Love è il quarto album dei Quicksilver Messenger Service, pubblicato nell'agosto [9] del 1970 dalla Capitol Records . Dino Valenti (che firma anche molti brani di quest'album come Jesse Oris Farrow) rientra nel gruppo di cui faceva già parte come membro fondatore, ma che non partecipò ai primi tre album perché detenuto in carcere.
From 1969 to 1970, Hopkins was a full member of Quicksilver Messenger Service, appearing on Shady Grove (1969), Just for Love (1970) and What About Me (1970). In 1975, he contributed to the Solid Silver reunion album as a session musician.
In his review of the album, for AllMusic, Lindsay Planer writes: "This somewhat uneven effort would sadly foreshadow QMS's journey from psychedelia and into a much more pop-oriented sound on their follow-up, Just for Love (1970).

Dapprima ritornarono Valenti (dopo una lontananza di tre anni) e Duncan; e la rinnovata formazione registrò Just for Love. Il successivo What About Me vide la presenza di Mark Naftalin al posto di Hopkins.
