Edradour distillery (Scottish Gaelic: Eadar Dhà Dhobhar, "between two rivers") is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire. It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard.
15 mag 2024 · The Mash Tun, Spirit Safe and Stills at Edradour Distillery. The stills are some of the smallest in Scotland. Edradour fills on average 12 casks per week, but this varies depending on what they're filling - only seven if filling sherry butts, (but!) up to 19 when filling ex-bourbon casks.
Despite being so small Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002 Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.
Edradour is a unique, single Highland malt whisky, to be enjoyed in recognition of those small, significant moments that make up the ebb and flow of life. Edradour is produced in Scotland's smallest distillery - and is hand made today as it was over 150 years ago by just three men who are devoted to the time-honoured methods of whisky making.
