Elimina l'indicazione "AM" per gli orari tra 1:00 e 11:59 AM. È semplicissimo trasformare un orario tra mezzanotte e mezzogiorno dal formato a 12 ore a quello a 24. Ti basta togliere la dicitura "AM".

12-hour. The 24-hour clock is a way of telling the time in which the day runs from midnight to midnight and is divided into 24 hours, numbered from 0 to 23. It does not use a.m. or p.m.

If AM means before noon (ante meridian) and PM means after noon (post meridian) then it seems noon should be 12:00M (meridian). If this convention is adopted then it does not matter if you call midnight 12:00AM or 12:00PM.
