18 lug 2020 · Il 27 gennaio 2020 il batterista/cantante Proscriptor ( Russ R. Givens) ha sciolto gli ABSU ed ora torna con una nuova band chiamata PROSCRIPTOR MCGOVERN’S APSÛ. Con lui ci sono il bassista/cantante Ezezu e il virtuoso della chitarra Vaggreaz.

26 nov 2021 · Proscriptor McGovern’s Apsû is the obvious by-product of that chemical breakdown, which constitutes a new incarnation and direct continuation of Absu’s legacy.
Scontento di come stavano andando le cose in casa Absu, il buon Proscriptor ha deciso di porre la parola fine al tutto per ripartire da zero col suo nuovo progetto solista ma che porta all’interno il DNA della band originaria. Il quartetto debutta così per la polacca Agonia ed è un viaggio estremo tra esoterismo e spunti progressive.
