Loud Jazz is a studio album by American jazz guitarist John Scofield. It is the second recording to feature bass guitarist Gary Grainger and drummer Dennis Chambers. Also appearing are keyboardist George Duke and percussionist Don Alias.

Chambers was born on May 9, 1959, [2] in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S. He began drumming at the age of four years, and was gigging in Baltimore -area nightclubs by the age of six.

1 dic 1997 · Gary Grainger is spry and funky on bass with Dennis Chambers doing what he does best with a powerful and punchy kick drum. They're joined by keyboardist Robert Aries and Don Alias on percussion, with George Duke taking the keyboard solos. I can't think of a bad track on this album. Not even one that I get bored with.
