Cheap Trick is an American rock band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 1973 by guitarist Rick Nielsen, bassist Tom Petersson, lead vocalist Robin Zander and drummer Bun E. Carlos. Cheap trick’s Interim 12-string bassist. After Tom Petersson left Cheap Trick in 1980 he was replaced on 12-string bass by Pete Comita. Comita toured with Cheap Trick for just over a year. We tracked Pete down and had a chance to chat with him. Thanks Pete!
After original Cheap Trick bassist Tom Petersson left the group in 1980, he was initially replaced by Pete Comita. Comita left the group early in the recording sessions for the album One on One and was replaced by Brant, who moved to the band's hometown of Rockford, Illinois.
Martino left in 1987 and was briefly replaced by Pete Comita and later Alex Kane. [3] [4] By 1988, Kane and Boeski had been replaced by Derek Frigo and Vik "Vikki" Foxx, respectively. [5] . The band adopted the spelling "Enuff Z'nuff" and released its self-titled debut album in 1989. [1] .

25 nov 2021 · His name was Pete Comita. Well, Pete didn’t last long and was replaced rather quickly during the early recordings of the album. In fact, he doesn’t appear on any of the album. They replaced him with bass player, Jon Brant. Jon came in so late, he is only on three of the songs.
