Dogfights is a military aviation themed TV series depicting historical re-enactments of air-to-air combat that took place in World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, as well as smaller conflicts such as the Gulf War and the Six-Day War.
While some of the weirder elements kept The Dangerous afloat and made it memorable, The Dogfighters is merely a "guy in a foreign land beating up foreigners" movie that we've all seen before. But at least it's not a plane slog like we thought it was going to be.
The Dogfighters ★★ 1995 (R)Ex-Air Force pilot Rowdy Wells (Davi) is blackmailed into trying to destroy a plutonium plant in an eastern European country. That is, if Rowdy can survive an air battle with nemisis Lothar Krasna (Godu-nov).
