Stoney Burke (Jack Lord) was a rodeo rider who wanted to win the Golden Buckle, the award given to the world’s champion saddle bronco rider. Stories followed Stoney as he travelled from rodeo to rodeo, following his dream (and helping people he found in trouble along the way).
