Regina S. Peruggi (born c. 1947) is an American educator, who was the President of Kingsborough Community College from 2005 to 2014, the first woman to hold that position in the college's 40-year history.

Giuliani married Regina Peruggi, his second cousin, whom he had known since childhood, on October 26, 1968. The marriage was in trouble by the mid-1970s and they agreed to a trial separation in 1975. Peruggi did not accompany him to Washington when he accepted the job in the Attorney General's Office.
Regina Peruggi was the first lay president of Marymount Manhattan College from 1990 to 2001. She doubled enrollment, improved technology, and established new centers at the College.
