Joan Ursula Penton Vaughan Williams (née Lock, formerly Wood; 15 March 1911 – 23 October 2007) was an English poet and author, and biographer of her second husband, the composer Ralph Vaughan Williams.

Vaughan Williams ebbe una relazione con Ursula Wood (poetessa già sposata, che aveva trentanove anni meno del musicista), a partire dal 1938. Dopo la morte del primo marito (avvenuta nel 1942), Ursula divenne assistente personale e consigliera letteraria di Ralph.
