Prezervation is a compilation album by saxophone player Stan Getz and pianist Al Haig. It was released in January 1968 and includes performances recorded between 1949 and 1950. The album features both instrumental and vocal pieces.

Blossom Dearie chirps a few lyrics as well, and Ramey’s guitar work was a major trend setter in it’s day. Excellent early Stan. In 1949 and ’50, when these performances were recorded, Al Haig, Tommy Potter, and Roy Haynes were the premier rhythm section in jazz.
