Frames is the third studio album by British progressive/alternative rock band Oceansize, released on 1 October 2007 on Superball Music. The album marks the first appearance of bassist Steven Hodson, following the departure of Jon Ellis in 2005.

Sadly, never found anything that really scratches the Oceansize itch. There's some good suggestions here for other great prog, but I'd definitely suggest giving Cardiacs a go. And if you don't get on with them, give them another go anyway. And then another, until it clicks.
