Chadwick School is a nonsectarian independent K-12 day school located in an unincorporated area on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Los Angeles County, California, United States.
At Chadwick School, we’re like family. We care deeply about your child’s growth, happiness and success. For more than 85 years, parents have trusted us to help their children develop academic excellence, exemplary character and a lifelong passion for learning.
There are four major entry points to Chadwick School. We admit approximately 40 new students to the Kindergarten program each year. It is important to note that all students entering Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1 in the year they plan to enroll.
Chadwick School is our proud sister campus located on 45 stunning acres atop the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California. It’s where Margaret Chadwick’s vision first came to life back in 1935.
Chadwick School is a private, K-12 co-educational day school dedicated to developing global citizens with keen minds, exemplary character, self-knowledge and the ability to lead. Our emphasis on our Core Values of honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness and compassion prepares students to succeed throughout school, college and in life.
Chadwick develops curriculum that offers students the chance to experience their learning hands-on, be it programming in our Robotics course, dissecting sheep brains in a kindergarten class, or developing a real-time comedy — on stage — in Chadwick's Improv class.
