Noel Bangert (April 18, 1931 – June 30, 2010), mainly known as Noel Marshall, was an American agent, co-producer, and briefly a director, and actor for one film. He moved to Hollywood , California , in his 20s and began investing in the production of a handful of films, including William Peter Blatty 's The Exorcist .
Noel Marshall was born on 18 April 1931 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was a producer and director, known for Roar (1981), The Exorcist (1973) and Mister Kingstreet's War (1971). He was married to Paula Marshall Doss, Tippi Hedren and Jaye Joseph. He died on 27 June 2010 in Santa Monica, California, USA.

Roar is a 1981 American adventure comedy film [3] [4] written and directed by Noel Marshall, and produced by Marshall and Tippi Hedren. Its plot follows Hank, a naturalist who lives on a nature preserve in Africa with lions, tigers, and other big cats. When his family visits him, they are instead confronted by the group of animals.
