We caught up with playwright and songwriter Kirsten Childs for a brief chat about her current work, writing, inspiration, and musical theatre. Childs’ first effort at writing for a musical was for The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds her Chameleon Skin (see listing), the story of a girl who grows up wanting to be a dancer.
