Biografia. Nato in Québec, figlio di una infermiera e di un geofisico docente all' Università di Princeton, Greenwood ha studiato filosofia ed economia all' Università della Columbia Britannica. In seguito si è trasferito a New York, dove ha studiato recitazione presso l' Accademia Americana di Arti Drammatiche di Manhattan .
