Viktor de Kowa was born on 8 March 1904 in Hochkirch/Löbau, Saxony, Germany. He was an actor and director, known for Peter Voss, der Millionendieb (1946), Schneider Wibbel (1939) and Kopf hoch, Johannes! (1941). He was married to Michiko Tanaka and Ursula Grabley. He died on 8 April 1973 in West Berlin, West Germany.
