Mark Pugh (born January 18, 1985) is an American professional wrestler best known as Mark Briscoe. He is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Ring of Honor (ROH), the latter promotion being where he gained notoriety teaming with his brother Jay as the Briscoe Brothers. In ROH, he is the ROH World Champion in his first reign.

With several family members in attendance and Lynyrd Skynyrd's Gimme Back My Bullets playing him to the ring, Briscoe was able to defeat Eddie Kingston to capture the Ring of Honor World Championship at ROH Supercard of Honor 2024.
