Lakhdar Belloumi (in arabo لخضر بلومي ? Lakhḍar Ballūmī; Mascara, 29 dicembre 1958) è un allenatore di calcio, ex calciatore e giocatore di calcio a 5 algerino, di ruolo centrocampista, vincitore del Pallone d'oro africano nel 1981.
Lakhdar Belloumi (Arabic: لخضر بلومي; born on 29 December 1958) is an Algerian former football player and manager. A former attacking midfielder, he is widely considered the best Algerian player of all time and one of the best players in Africa. He is said to have invented the "Blind Pass".
Lakhdar Belloumi est l'un des rares joueurs au monde à avoir joué avec toutes les catégories nationales, il commence en 1974 avec les cadets, passant par les juniors en 1977, l'équipe olympique en 1979 ainsi que l'équipe militaire en 1979.
