Michael Giacchino (Riverside, 10 ottobre 1967) è un compositore e regista statunitense con cittadinanza italiana. Nato e cresciuto a Riverside nel New Jersey in una famiglia di origini siciliane e abruzzesi, si laureò in storia alla School of Visual Arts di New York. Nel 2009 ha ottenuto la cittadinanza italiana.
