Christopher James Buck (born February 24, 1958) is an American film director, animator, and screenwriter known for co-directing Tarzan (1999), Surf's Up (2007) (which was nominated for the 2007 Oscar for Best Animated Feature), Frozen (2013), which won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature in 2014, Frozen II (2019), and Wish (2023).

Christopher James "Chris" Buck is an American animator film director, who has worked for Walt Disney Animation Studios since 1978. He is most well-known for co-directing Tarzan (along with Kevin Lima), Frozen and its sequel (both along with Jennifer Lee), and Wish (along with Fawn Veerasunthorn).
