Lina Wertmüller, vero nome Arcangela Felice Assunta Wertmüller, è stata una regista, sceneggiatrice e scrittrice italiana. È stata la prima donna nella storia a essere candidata all'Oscar come migliore regista, per il film Pasqualino Settebellezze, nella cerimonia del 1977. Nel 2020 le è stato assegnato il Premio Oscar onorario.
