Pigs Will Fly tells the story of a wife-batterer, Laxe, who, facing a possible prison sentence in his home town Berlin, flees to San Francisco, where his brother Walter has been living for over ten years. Their reunion awakens memories of their violent childhood.
Pigs will Fly plot. Lax, a police officer in Berlin, struggles with memories of his violent childhood. Usually he is polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he is also a control freak and sickly jealous. As a result, he is not averse to family violence. After beating his wife in the hospital, he realizes that his marriage is on the rocks.
