Healing plot. After spending 16 years in prison, Victor Khadem (Don Hany) has almost given up hope. For his last 18 months, he is transferred to Won Won, a low-security rural prison. Here, Officer Matt Perry (Hugo Weaving) has developed a unique program to rehabilitate people by giving them responsibility for injured birds of prey.
