A Promise Kept: The Oksana Baiul Story is a 1994 American television biographical drama film directed by Charles Jarrott which aired on November 13, 1994 on the CBS network.
The film tells the true story of Olympic gold medal winner Oksana Baiul as she began her training as a figure skater when she was 3 years old and matured into a world champion despite personal tragedy, fierce competition and the political upheavals in a fast-changing world.
