A young man (Moriyama Mirai) departs on an aimless bicycle trip, and arrives at a rundown roadside restaurant called HOUSE475. He decides to start a live-in job at the diner, and deepens his friendship with the shadowy hired-hand manager named Seiji (Nishijima Hidetoshi) and the regular customers.
There, he meets a shop manager named Seiji(42) and decides to stay at the house for the rest of summer. HOUSE 475 is usually full of locals, including Kazuo's old classmates Makoto and Tatsuya, neighbors Ritsuko and Gen grandpa, and Shoko who is a owner of the house.
