A renowned radio sex therapist, disguised as a mysterious woman in black, murders her lover when she uncovers his illicit affair with her secretary. Lieutenant Columbo's suspicions are immediately aroused but he has to undergo some personal "therapy" before he can prove the woman's guilt.
