Arnold Bernid "Casey" Jones is a fictional character that appears in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics and related media. Created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird , he first appeared in the one-shot, Raphael: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (April 1985).
Official Description. After Raph and Casey meet, they must put their dislike for each other aside to stop a common foe . Plot. The episode begins in Casey Jones's house. In a voiceover, he courageously vows to protect his family and New York's populace by eliminating all of the mutants and criminals that are gradually taking over the city.
Synopsis Casey Jones takes on pure evil, while Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael (Sean Astin) and Michelangelo (Greg Cipes) come face to face with Slash, another mutant turtle.
