Harry Davis, principal of the Burberry Elementary School, is concerned because his two little boys wish they were bears. One day, the two boys meet an old gypsy who tells them to use a magic cream and teaches them a spell to turn themselves into bears.
Billy and Timmy, the two young sons of grade school principal Harry Davis, follow the instructions given them by a gypsy and discover how to change themselves into bears. One day they run away from home and school to play in the woods with a mother bear who cares for them.
