The Black Tusk also known as the Black Tusk Special Unit or B.T.S.U., is a major enemy faction that appears at the endgame in Tom Clancy's The Division 2. Operating as a large Private Military Company with ties to the U.S. government, the B.T.S.U. invaded Washington, D.C. shortly after the True Sons were pushed out of the Capitol Building .

Black Tusk is mostly associated with Baroness and Kylesa, for their shared hometown of Savannah, as well as for their sludge metal sound. The band is linked to Baroness' guitarist and vocalist John Dyer Baizley, who is also a painter and creates all of Black Tusk's artwork.

The Black Tusk is considered to be the remnant of an extinct andesitic stratovolcano which formed between about 1.3 and 1.1 million years ago. Following glacial dissection, renewed volcanism produced the lava dome and flow forming its summit about 170,000 years ago.
