Patricia Ann Cole (born October 3, 1946), known professionally as P. P. Arnold, is an American soul singer. Arnold began her career as an Ikette with the Ike & Tina Turner Revue in 1965. The following year she relocated to London to pursue a solo career.

Soul Survivor: The Autobiography. P.P. Arnold's story is that of a rich and varied life. From her early musical origins in powerhouse church gospel, the talented singer's career began when she joined the Ike & Tina Turner Revue at the age of just seventeen.
Her first album ‘ The First Lady Of Immediate ’ produced by Andrew Oldham (‘Everything’s Gonna Be Alright’ her first single for the album) has since become a Northern Soul, Mod classic. Mick Jagger produced her self-penned tracks ‘Though It Hurts Me Badly’ and Treat Me Like A Lady’).
