Artur Axmann (18 February 1913 – 24 October 1996) was the German Nazi national leader (Reichsjugendführer) of the Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend) from 1940 to 1945, when the war ended. He was the last living Nazi with a rank equivalent to Reichsleiter.

Artur Axmann war eine prägende Figur der nationalsozialistischen Reichsjugendführung. Er setzte Gesetze zur Verbesserung der sozialen Lage berufstätiger Jugendlicher durch und war von 1940 bis 1945 für die Jugenddienstpflicht, den Kriegseinsatz und die ideologische Indoktrinierung der Hitler-Jugend verantwortlich.
