Plamen Vasilev Oresharski (Bulgarian: Пламен Василев Орешарски [ˈpɫamɛn orɛˈʃarski]; born 21 February 1960) is a Bulgarian politician who served as Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 2013 to 2014.
Plamen Vasilev Orešarski (in bulgaro Пламен Василев Орешарски?; Bobov Dol, 21 febbraio 1960) è un politico bulgaro. È stato ministro delle finanze dal 2005 al 2009 ed è stato Primo ministro della Bulgaria dal 29 maggio 2013 al 6 agosto 2014.
Пламен Орешарски е член на екипа, осъществил въвеждането на механизма на Валутния борд в България. От 2002 до 2003 г. е заместник-председател на Националния изпълнителен съвет на СДС.
