Miki Takeo was a politician, prime minister of Japan from December 1974 to December 1976. The son of a Shikoku landowner, Miki attended Meiji University in Tokyo, as well as American universities, earned a law degree in 1937, and was elected to the Diet a few months later.

7 feb 2022 · Takeo Miki was born as the only child of a dealer of fertilizer in Itano-gun (current Awa City) of Tokushima Prefecture on 17 March 1907. When he was a high school student, Miki joined a student strike against a school principal who had allegedly misappropriated funds.
