Elfyn Llwyd PC (born 26 September 1951) is a Welsh barrister and politician. He was a Member of Parliament, representing Meirionnydd Nant Conwy in the House of Commons from 1992 to 2010 and Dwyfor Meirionnydd from 2010 to 2015. Llwyd was Plaid Cymru's Westminster parliamentary group leader.

Elfyn Llwyd (born 26 September 1951 as Elfyn Hughes) is a Welsh politeecian, an umwhile member o the Unitit Kinrick pairlament at Wastmeinster, representin Plaid Cymru (Welsh for 'the pairty o Wales'). He representit the Dwyfor Meirionnydd consteetuency in the Hoose o Commons.

Elfyn Llwyd MP is Plaid Cymru's Westminster Group Leader and represents the Dwyfor Meirionydd constituency, after winning the 2010 elections. Previously, he represented the old Meirionydd Nant Conwy constituency, winning the seat at four successive elections between 1992 and 2005.
