Michael Andreas Barclay de Tolly, noto in Russia come Michail Bogdanovič Barklaj-de-Tolli (cirillico: Михаи́л Богда́нович Баркла́й-де-То́лли; Pamūšis, 24 dicembre 1761 – Černjachovsk, 26 maggio 1818), è stato un feldmaresciallo russo e ministro della guerra durante la campagna di Russia del 1812.
In 1815 he again served as commander-in-chief of the Russian army during the Hundred Days France, and was created Prince of the Russian Empire on 11 September 1815. Barclay de Tolly died at Insterburg (Prussia) on 26 May (Old Style 4 May) 1818 on his way back to Russia.
The Russian First Western Army under General Michael Andreas Barclay de Tolly slipped away from Vitebsk on 27 July after an inconclusive fight against Emperor Napoleon, avoiding a general engagement.
