Félix Éboué, né le 26 décembre 1884 à Cayenne ( Guyane) et mort le 17 mai 1944 au Caire, est un administrateur colonial, résistant de la première heure durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et homme politique français . Humaniste, franc-maçon 3, il est membre de la SFIO jusqu'en septembre 1939.
Adolphe Sylvestre Félix Éboué (French: [adɔlf silvɛstʁ feliks ebwe]; 26 December 1884 – 17 May 1944) was a French colonial administrator and Free French leader. He was the first black French man appointed to a high post in the French colonies, when appointed as Governor of Guadeloupe in 1936.

Éboué graduated from the École Coloniale, a prestigious school.
