Refet Bele (1881 – 3 October 1963), also known as Refet Bey or Refet Pasha was a Turkish military commander. He served in the Ottoman Army and the Turkish Army, where he retired as a general.

Refet Bele, 8 Nisan 1950 tarihinde dönemin Şemsettin Günaltay Hükûmeti tarafından Beyrut’taki “Filistin Mültecileri İstişare Komisyonu Türkiye Delegeliği”ne atandı. Demokrat Parti döneminde bu görevine devam etti.
Rafet Pasha, otherwise known as Rafet Bey or Refet Bele, was a member of the Committee of Union and Progress. On 26 November 1916, Rafet Bey informed Dr. Ernst von Kwiatko Documenting the persecution of native Greek communities in the Ottoman Empire from 1914-1923.
