Refet Bele (1881 – 3 October 1963), also known as Refet Bey or Refet Pasha was a Turkish military commander. He served in the Ottoman Army and the Turkish Army, where he retired as a general.

Refet Bele war ein osmanisch-türkischer Soldat und Politiker. Er war einer der fünf führenden Militärs des Türkischen Befreiungskriegs. In den ersten Jahren der türkischen Republik war er Innenminister und Verteidigungsminister.
Refet Bey during the mobilization of the 1 st World War (1914-18) became the Director of 4 th Army Intelligence. He promoted to lieutenant colonel on the 28 th of February 1915 and was assigned to the 10 th Division Command. Later he was appointed Commander of 3 rd Division.
