Henry Rich, 1st Earl of Holland KG KB PC (baptised 15 August 1590, died 9 March 1649), was an English courtier and politician executed by Parliament after being captured fighting for the Royalists during the Second English Civil War.

Biografia. Era il figlio maggiore di Henry Rich, I conte di Holland e Isabel Cope. Nel 1649, alla morte del padre, ereditò il titolo di conte di Holland e nel 1673 ottenne anche quello di conte di Warwick essendo suo cugino Charles Rich morto senza eredi maschi.
