Hermann Hoth was a high-ranking panzer commander in the Wehrmacht during World War II, who participated in several invasions and battles. He was also a proponent of Nazism and committed war crimes against Soviet prisoners of war and civilians, for which he was convicted and imprisoned after the war.
Hermann Hoth war ein preußischer Heeresoffizier, der in verschiedenen Kriegsschauplätzen als Befehlshaber von Großverbänden diente. Er wurde nach dem Krieg wegen Kriegsverbrechen verurteilt und starb 1971 in Goslar.
