Patrick Bowes-Lyon, XV Conte di Strathmore e Kinghorne (Hertfordshire, 22 settembre 1884 – Angus, 25 maggio 1949) è stato un nobile britannico, fratello di Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, Regina madre in quanto consorte di Giorgio VI del Regno Unito, e zio materno della Regina Elisabetta II del Regno Unito.

Biografia. Claude Bowes-Lyon nacque a Lowndes Square a Londra, figlio di Claude Bowes-Lyon, XIII Conte di Strathmore e Kinghorne e di sua moglie, Frances Dora Smith. [1] . Suo fratello minore, Patrick Bowes-Lyon fu un valente tennista e vinse la finale del doppio al Torneo di Wimbledon nel 1887.

Timothy Patrick Bowes-Lyon, 16th and 3rd Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne (18 March 1918 – 13 September 1972), was a British nobleman and peer. He was the second son of The 15th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and the nephew of Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, wife of King George VI.
As a younger brother of Claude Bowes-Lyon, 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne, who was Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon's father, he was a great-uncle of Queen Elizabeth II and Herbert Bowes-Lyon who also played tennis. He stood as the Conservative Party candidate for Barnard Castle .
