Záviš of Falkenstein ( Czech: Záviš z Falkenštejna; c. 1250 – 24 August 1290), a member of the noble house of Vítkovci, was a Bohemian noble and opponent of King Ottokar II.

After the execution of Zavis of Falkenstein on 24 August 1290, the castle returned to possession of the royal chamber. In 1895, A. J. Schwarzenberg had a monument built on the supposed place of the execution on the right bank of the River Vltava under the local castle.
