Jessie Harlan Lincoln (November 6, 1875 – January 4, 1948) was the second daughter of Robert Todd Lincoln, the granddaughter of Abraham Lincoln, and the mother of Mary Lincoln Beckwith and Robert Todd Lincoln Beckwith.

Robert Todd Lincoln Beckwith was born in Riverside, Illinois, to Jessie Harlan Lincoln [3] and Warren Wallace Beckwith. Jessie's parents were Robert Todd Lincoln —eldest son of Abraham Lincoln —and Mary Eunice Harlan. Jessie eloped in 1897 with Warren Beckwith, a classmate and football star at Iowa Wesleyan College.

Beckwith was born to Jessie Harlan Lincoln [2] and Warren Wallace Beckwith on August 22, 1898, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. She got the nickname "Peggy" from her grandfather Robert Todd Lincoln, who described her hair as "flying in the sun" when he wrote to his Aunt Emile Todd Helm.
