Elżbieta Helena Sieniawska, née Lubomirska (Końskowola, 1669 – 21 March 1729, Oleszyce), was a Polish noblewoman, Grand Hetmaness of the Crown (hetmanowa wielka koronna), and a renowned patron of the arts.

Elżbieta Sieniawska née Lubomirska (1669-1729), wife of the great hetman of the Crown. The only daughter of Stanisław Herakliusz Lubomirski, educated at the Visitant Girls’ School in Warsaw, from about 1680 at the court of Queen Maria Kazimiera.
